On the morning of June 10, 2026, in response to the invitation of the Beijing Digital Economy Enterprises' Overseas Innovation Service Base in Daxing District, Chairman Jiang Kai of Famlink Group accompanied the Russian side's chairperson of the China-Russia Friendship, Peace and Development Committee, Boris Titov, to visit and conduct an exchange and discussion at the Beijing Digital Economy Enterprises' Overseas Innovation Service Base.

Under the guidance of the staff, the guests visited the "one hall and one base" of the Beijing International Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the Overseas Innovation Service Base in person. They gained a deep understanding of the development achievements, service system and future strategic layout of the overseas platform in Daxing District in terms of foreign economic and trade cooperation. Through detailed explanations and on-site displays, Chairman Titov highly praised the effectiveness achieved by Daxing District in promoting the internationalization of enterprises and building a new open economic system.

After the visit, the Russian chairperson of the China-Russia Friendship, Peace and Development Committee, Mr.Boris Titov, the chairman of Famlink, Mr.Jiang Kai, and their accompanying personnel jointly attended the China-Russia Industrial Cooperation Networking Conference. At the meeting, all parties conducted fruitful exchanges and discussions on topics such as the functional expansion of the overseas base, the collaborative mechanism between the China-Russia Friendship Committee and local platforms, and promoting two-way cross-border investment and deepening industrial integration.

This exploration activity not only enhanced the Russian side's understanding of Beijing's innovative model for digital economy export, but also laid a solid foundation for further leveraging the bridging role of Famlink Group to promote practical cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises in areas such as related goods trade and cross-border investment.
